Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at https://www.bmsscientificservices.com (the "Site") or engaging BMS Scientific Services ("we", "our", or "us") for certification consultancy services.

By accessing the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

BMS Scientific Services provides certification consultancy services including assistance with BIS Mark (ISI Mark), BIS-CRS, FMCS, and Hallmarking (HUID) certifications. Our services are provided to businesses and business professionals only.

Engagement of our paid services is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and BMS Scientific Services. Submitting the online consultation form does not constitute a contract for services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers

Our total liability under any engagement governed by a separate proposal shall not exceed the consultancy fees paid by you for that specific engagement.
